We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Business Valuation, Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Business, equity, and asset valuations using DCF, market, and transaction methodologies
✔️ Financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)
✔️ Financial modeling, feasibility studies, and business plans
✔️ M&A transaction support, deal structuring, and integration planning
✔️ Capital raising, investor presentations, and IPO readiness support
✔️ Client advisory on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
• Strong expertise in valuation, due diligence, transaction advisory, and M&A
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment

✅ 2–3+ years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in Business Valuation, Financial Due Diligence, M&A, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory
✅ Hands-on experience in valuation models, due diligence assignments, and transaction advisory engagements
